Your spreadsheet, not ours
Rows are written to one file in your Google Drive or OneDrive. ReceiptFold only gets access to that file, never to the rest of your drive, and never stores the rows itself.
ReceiptFold gives you an email address for invoices and receipts. Each message you forward becomes a row in a Google Sheet or an Excel workbook that you own, with a spend dashboard, subscriptions and category budgets on top.
No inbox access. No card to start. Your data stays in your file.

We never read your inbox. You forward mail, or let a filter forward it for you. Raw emails are parsed and discarded.
Monthly totals by category and vendor, recurring subscriptions, budgets and an embeddable widget.
When the parser is unsure about a total or a vendor, the row waits for you to confirm it in one click. Confirmations teach it the vendor's layout for next time.
Set-up takes a few minutes. After that, the only thing you do is forward mail, or nothing at all if you add the filter.
ws-…[email protected].To write your rows, ReceiptFold asks Google for the drive.file scope and Microsoft for its app-folder scope. Both limit access to files the app created or you explicitly picked. Disconnecting the store or deleting the workspace revokes that access. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
Free to start. Sign in with your email, connect a sheet, forward one receipt.
